Among the most oft-repeated advice for Fan Pages, regular posting improves page visibility in News Feeds and eventually fan engagement. By posting regularly, you are expressing a commitment to your fans to stay on their radar. There is such a thing as too much posting too, but if done in moderation regular posts make your page become a familiar ‘hangout’ for fans.

Rafael Nadal, among the busiest athletes on the planet, makes it a point to post to his Facebook page regularly. His posts are first person messages and are endearing to the millions of his fans.

At the last count, he posted a mix 20 updates including photos, videos, links and status messages on his page within the past 30 days. That still isn’t one-a-day as the Doctor ordered, but hey, he is a REALLY busy man! Do you post regularly to your page and experiment content type?
