If your customers and employees spend more time on Facebook than any other place on internet (as studies show), why not move your properties to Facebook itself?

Like Texas Roadhouse did with its page. It has a ‘Work for us’ tab. Apt for a Roadie gig looking for young-n-happening roadies to work for its stores. Where else but Facebook! Apart from a welcome tab, contest tabs, news and events, the page also has a tab for employees – ‘I Love My Job’ that opens into another Facebook page dedicated to keep the Roadies going. These guys ‘get it’!
