Using a ‘Fill in the blank’ post is a simple way to get fans to answer your customer surveys getting you great feedback and helping market research. This type of statements lead to fans responding without asking a question. They are also better than multiple choice and direct questions when it comes to asking for free text feedback.

most popular answer/choice, and also for the fans to know how others have answered.

If you use a text post instead, sorting the answers isn’t that easy. Unless of course, the question doesn’t really matter and you just want to stimulate discussion.
