Don’t treat your Facebook Page like a website with an FAQ section to direct people to. The reason? Each fan who asks a question expects an instant and ready answer. Any thing else isn’t good enough. Worse, if you ignore a question because ‘you have already given the answers in Notes section!’ you are inviting trouble.

 Make sure to answer every one of your Fan questions.
